Consulting Gig, Large Financial Data Sets, Starmine
We are looking for a
contractor or consultant to help us kick-start research on a new
product opportunity. We need to process a couple million records of
analyst data, line it up with decades of global company financial
information, adjust the forecasts, and run them through a valuation
model. Currently our research work is done in SAS (and SQL), but we are
considering this as an opportunity for us to possible start using R
for at least the valuation part instead of SAS.
