TransactTools, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager within its Professional Services Organization. The Senior Manager will have responsibility for managing the delivery of services for customers in the UK and other European countries. This requires involvement in pre-sales, sales, delivery and post-delivery activities. The Senior Manager should have a financial services background and must also be able to provide overall technical and application architecture design direction to other services professionals. The Senior Manager must have the ability to work with sales to ensure that services proposals are developed and that technical approaches, project approaches and project estimates are accurate and clear. The Senior Manager role is a 50% billable role, with most billable activities on Requirements, Design and Project Management tasks. It is essential that the Senior Manager has very strong written and oral communication skills.

Additionally, the Senior Manager should have a strong technical background with some knowledge of application architectures, networking concepts, high availability/disaster recovery and electronic trading solutions. The Senior Manager should understand business requirements and know how to formulate technical solutions that meets those requirements.

The Senior Manager should provide leadership in the marketplace and work with TransactTools’ headquarters office in NY regarding markets, products, competitors, etc. The Senior Manager should be involved and interested in the electronic trading space and be willing and open to becoming active in industry groups and speaking opportunities where appropriate.
