Position: Director Operations Click Fraud Strategy - Forensic Auditing
Location: Burbank, CA

Yahoo! Search Marketing has an exciting and highly visible position for Director, Click Fraud Strategy with significant operating controls, process reengineering and fraud auditing experience. This position provides central coordination of risk assessment, documentation and remediation of operating processes and controls among the Yahoo! Search operations and Corporate functions. This role drives effective evaluation of new and emerging traffic quality threats and develops work plans to mobilize cross functional teams to address these threats in an appropriately expediting manner. The position is directly responsible for North America and indirectly responsible for the international financial statements.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Click Fraud issues, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Monetization (SEM). Will be leading complex cross-divisional projects, managing relationships across functional groups to accomplish shared goals, and in deriving insight from operational and financial analysis. Work as a forensic, fraud or internal auditor in a technology oriented industry would be ideal. The Director will work closely with multiple cross-functional groups, including Operations Corporate Reporting, Operations Finance and other company constituents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional teams to review end-to-end operating processes and controls
• Co-lead efforts to evaluate and protect against new and emerging traffic quality threats
• Support traffic quality investigations and related processes
• Reengineers operating processes
• Oversees systems/ data access policies & approvals
• Coordinates controls self-assessment

• Preferably 9 years related experience
• Click Fraud, SEO or SEM background
• Ability to influence at executive level
• Extensive cross-functional project management experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in documenting and reengineering processes and controls
• MBA preferred
• Problem solving oriented leadership style
• Detail oriented but with a strategic big-picture perspective
• Deadline driven
• Strong leadership skills with experience as a change agent
• Excellent work plan development, delegation and follow-thru
