Fossil, Inc is looking for an exceptional individual to join the E-Commerce team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
statistical analysis on catalog and email performance.
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for developing analysis that provides insight into direct media (Catalog & Email) performance as well as communication of findings.
- Use statistical techniques to develop predictive models.
- Validate, maintain and improve models through analytical tools.
- Interpret and present analysis results to management and make recommendations in strategic decision-making process.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, which may include in-depth discovery of seasonal trends, purchasing habits, cross selling and historical performance analysis centered on specific customer segments.

Requirements
- Experience with SQL server or Oracle
- Proficient in Excel and the Statistics package of Excel
- Retail Experience Preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or similar
- 3-4 years of statistical analysis.
