Strategy and Analytics, SVP and AVPs/VPs (Nationwide)
We are a premier provider of customer management solutions specializing in collections,
accounts receivable management, and customer retention services through its
global call center network of nearly 6,000 employees.
The SVP and AVPs/VPs of Strategy and Analytics will play a key roll in
researching,designing, and implementing our collections optimization plan.
This will include the creation or refinement of statistical analysis and models
to improve our current operations. The company is at the forefront of data driven
optimization solutions for the receivables management industry.Colletiability and
probability to pay are key research issues. The SVP of Strategy and Analytics
will be at the nexus of these solutions. These solutions include practical
applications of predictive analysis, such as competitive Markov decision processes,
adaptive Bayesian theory, time series analysis, queuing theory, and the subsequent
strategic optimization recommendations from such analysis.The group would be
expected to build these models with a view to cradle to grave integration
to our processes. He or she would work with the operations, finance,
and executive teams to implement these changes.The candidate should have experience
with the following software: SAS, S-Plus or comparable statistical programming
language, Excel, PowerPoint.
