Web Analytics Senior Analyst (Bay Area)
Job Description
Drill down, drill up and drill sideways….any which way it takes to uncover the truths this company's data tells. Join this exciting team's strategic group to help identify how its customers are utilizing their web site and further explore missed opportunities! You'll utilize your strong statistical capabilities combined with solid programming skills to access, manipulate, review, hypothesize and develop statistical models to support your hypothesis. Exciting strategic projects are in planning stages, and you'll drive projects, identify opportunities and participate in an enterprise movement for growth after extensive funds have been spent on a major web presence relaunch.
Required Experience:
5+ years practical work experience supported by a BS/MS degree in a quantitative field. Ability to manage work and projects independently and collaborate with senior management to direct e-commerce initiatives.
Position Reports To: Sr Director Marketing Optimization & Strategy
This Job Requires the Following Skills:
SAS, core statistical knowledge applied in both an academic and business environment. SQL and MS Office Suite skills required to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Education Required:
Master's Degree - some quantitative skill
