Title: Senior eMarketing & Analytics Manager
Description: The Senior Emarketing & Analytics Manager has responsibility for managing and growing the client relationship on one or more accounts under the direction of the Business Development Director or Client Partner. The Senior Manager provides client and project team leadership, develops mid-senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor. This person is responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability in the delivery of eMarketing/customer analytic services.
Duties:
Relationship Management (internal & external customers)
- Manage project relationship with select client organisations across all interactive channels, including Web site development and demand generation programs (search engine marketing, special promotions, e-mail acquisition and retention programs, viral marketing and affiliate marketing).
- Day-to-day responsibility for each assigned marketing/media project and each phase of the process: strategy, planning/buying, trafficking, optimisation, measurement/analysis and ROI.
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors and evaluate new opportunities for the client on an ongoing basis.
· Stay up-to-date on and advises clients of the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and develop "Point of View" documents on new trends or special opportunities.
· Develops position as confidante with senior managers and builds new relationships within the client organisation.
· Responsible for client satisfaction, while targeting 100% client reference-ability.
· Leads projects/initiatives to conclusion/delivery.
· Significantly grows the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
· Provides leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the project team and offers performance related feedback to assist in the performance management of staff members.
· Oversees the development of detailed proposals and statements of work with the support of core team members including the Business Development Director and/or Managing Director.
Sales/Customer Acquisition
· Conduct ongoing search for new and favourable customer acquisition opportunities and negotiation of contracts.
· Creates opportunities for deeper collaborative interaction, which reinforces the client's status as an innovative participant in the creation of cutting-edge Web solutions and online marketing programs.
· Provides eScape’s Business Development Director with insights into organisational opportunities for cross and up-sell opportunities and is capable of selling the complete range of eScape services.
Additional
· Understands all disciplines enough to provide a quality assurance check of project deliverables and has a point of view of best practices and solutions across functions.
· Has a point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issues and understands marketplace dynamics and key players.
· Aids in the negotiation of client contracts (in addition to e-marketing/analytic contracts).
Required Experience: A minimum requirement of 5 years (relevant) industry experience with proven track record for successfully implementing measurment applications; ideally WebTrends 7.0+. You will be customed to analytical consultancy and advocacy at a high level to a diverse client list. You will have a thorough understanding of eMarketing KPI and execution best practises and are able to produce adhoc bespoke reports for presentation to clients.
This Job Requires the Follow Skills: 5+ years relevant industry experience
Educated to Degree level (although not essential)
Certified Google AdWord Professional <Preference>
Familiar with WebTrends product range and technical configuration
Able to travel and work offshore (when required)
Education Required: Degree Level (not essential)
Planned Duration of Employment: Full Time
Salary($): £30K - £40K
