We deliver detailed sourcing information to the industrial buyer and we offer a wide range of online catalog and e-commerce solutions to industrial sellers. Our Audience Development Team is currently seeking a Usability Analyst to analyze Thomasnet.com web user behavior via a Web Metrics application.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Manage the process of researching and analyzing audience user behavior
- Work closely with our developers to create more robust and actionable reporting deliverables for Senior Management
- Work with management to outline analytic strategies
· Create analytics plan; set benchmarks, goals, and data-driven responses
· Maintain appropriate documentation utilizing a propriety software program
Required Experience: Qualified candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience analyzing Web Metrics (preferably webtrends) along with analyzing data and compiling analytic reports. College degree required (BA/BS), preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Detailed knowledge of statistics and SPSS and working knowledge of database and web architecture. Experience in A/B webtesting and/or multivariate testing and database marketing are a plus. Any web and/or SQL programming also a plus.
