Job Description:

Get involved in the study design stage to develop sound and efficient studies. Write the statistical analysis section in the protocol that fits regulatory requirements Write the statistical analysis plan that clearly and in full detail specifies the strategy to analyze the data before the data are unblinded Review all protocols on the international drug development project for consistency and strategic appropriateness Interpret statistical results for clinical colleagues Review all the related reports to monitor the quality and accuracy of the reports Validate the programmers' output to control the accuracy of the study results.

Based on experience, candidate may be hired at a grade 17, 18, or 19.

Skills/Experience Requirements: Knowledge of the statistical procedures employed in the analysis of Phase I through Phase IV studies Solid communication skills including the ability to write reports Knowledge and experience in the usage of computers and SAS Programming Knowledge of current US and International regulatory requirements that relate to statistical considerations for new drug applications
Education Requirements: Required Education: Phd Preferred - MS in Statistics with at least 3 years of related experience or Ph.D. with 1-2 years of limited experience
