Marketing Database Analyst - Wells Fargo (Bay Area, CA)
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN SAN FRANCISCO
Plans and implements projects that support the business strategies of the multicultural segment group. Completes analyses, measures program effectiveness and recommends marketing program strategies. Maintains understanding of diverse communities and media markets. Works with strategic planning managers and senior segment managers responsible for identifying business requirements and translating segment needs into moderately complex database-related analyses and projects. Ensures adherence to compliance regulations and policies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Data mining and modeling, regression analysis, process design and documentation, profitability analysis, new product support, customer segmentation, customer attrition, customer satisfaction research and reporting, identifying data sources and opportunities for additional statistical models; responding to requests from partners for specific customer reports and analyses.
- Analyzing and condensing data and displaying that data in advanced PowerPoint presentations
*Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Advanced computer skills with PowerPoint, excel, word , etc.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to create collaborative working relationships with all levels of team members
- Ability to work in a diverse, matrixed environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multicultural markets/segments
- Experience with MDSS and Hemisphere databases
