Reporting Relationship
The Project Analyst reports to the Manager of Professional Services and supports other senior management personnel with internal project planning.

Summary Description of Duties
The Project Analyst maintains unified and individual project management plans to ensure client deliverables, consulting engagements and application development are performed on-time. The Project Analyst coordinates scheduling and assignment of tasks for project team members and clients, including identifying the necessary internal resources to complete client deliverables. The Project Analyst also performs analysis on health data results.
Project Responsibilities
1. Work closely with project managers, development teams, quality assurance, and other teams to define the comprehensive project plan and deliverables. Support client and internal communication on project plans and resolution of product development issues and consulting deliverables.
2. Prepare and update detailed project plans (MS Project), helping define requirements or project scope and milestones, project budget, meeting minutes, issues lists, action item lists, and other documentation as appropriate for each client project and company planning.
3. Analyze project activity (resource planning, on-time and on-budget delivery).
4. Publishing progress reports; recommending actions and escalating critical issues, resource constraints, or production problems to management as appropriate.
5. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients.
6. Generate weekly sales reports and maintain company CRM system.
7. Support and work bug tracking issues related to software deployments, research and development.
8. Support testing efforts related to software development, including quality assurance.
9. Work on special projects and other assignments.
10. Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
11. Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
1. 3-5+ years experience in project management and data analysis.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Project, Access, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
3. Experience in data, financial and/or statistical modeling is a plus. SAS experience is a plus.
4. Requires strong time management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a resource matrix management environment.
5. Strong communication (listening) and interpersonal skills (ability to negotiate with colleagues).
6. Strong analytical skills are required.
7. Bachelor of Arts level required (Mathematics, Computer Programming, Economics a plus).
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with executive leadership and all levels of staff. Team oriented.
9. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. Display professionalism, high energy level, significant commitment, and demonstrated interest in building the company.
10. Work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction.
11. Must be a fast learner, self-starter and one who continues to learn as solutions and industry dynamics change.
12. Willing to work hard, passion for detail, and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
13. Accuracy and thoroughness in executing projects, procedures and work.
14. Possess a customer friendly and responsive attitude for internal and external parties.
