Sr. SAS Programmer (San Francisco, CA)

We are currently seeking to fill an opening for the position of Senior SAS Programmer.

The person in this position will:

1. Modify, standardize and implement existing SAS code
2. Write new SAS code from specs
3. Develop and maintain documentation for all programs
4. Participate actively in creating standardized processes and programs

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years of applied experience
2. Excellent analytical and system analyst skills
3. Expert knowledge and understanding of SAS/BASE, working knowledge of SAS/STAT and SAS/GRAPH
4. Ability to write expert level, highly efficient and accurate programs in SAS
5. Knowledge of relational database fundamentals
6. Experience working with large databases
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Detail oriented and well organized
9. Statistical/quantitative exposure preferred


Compensation:
