-Finally demonstrated experience of knowing how to work with systems analysts and developers, but knowing the line between a requirement and a system implementation (very imporant not to tell systems analyst HOW to implement the system, but focus on WHAT).

-In our team, we have a people playing different roles for a a business analyst and systems analyst. The business analyst focuses on eliciting and capturing the requirement, getting an understanding of the requirement from various stakeholders that may disagree (e.g., privacy, security, customer experience, business program management, development team), and then making sure that everyone agrees on what the requirement is. This therefore requires excellent interpersonal skills -- active listening, flexibility & analytical skills to understand the requirement...

-Finally, I think it is a very high want for the person to have some experience in Id Management, but does not have to have in-depth experience -- so keep that in mind as well
