tatistical Analyst - Tower Research Capital LLC (New York, NY)
Tower Research Capital is looking for statistical analysts. Analysts will research financially related data sets in order to find statistically significant patterns that can be exploited to build trading strategies. Job responsibilities include building, cleaning and organizing data sets, searching this information for insights into how markets trade, and incorporating these insights into trading strategies.
Successful candidates will have an advanced degree in statistics from a top university. Candidates must have extremely strong math and statistics background. At least a master’s degree in statistics is required, and a PhD is preferred. Computer programming skills are required. No finance or economic knowledge required.

- C++ in a unix/linux framework
