Statistical Analysis Manager - Capital One (Plano, TX)

- Collaborating with others to understand the business problem
- Creating key statistical/data strategies for a line of business and influencing business decisions
- Developing project plans, setting/managing expectations and delivering results through others
- Analyzing data, building models and assessing their quality
- Monitoring model performance and making recommendations, as needed
- Communicating results, recommendations to Senior Manager
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Statistics or related quantitative field
- 4 years of experience working with classic statistical tools such as linear models, logistic regression, hypothesis testing and/or sampling.
- Proficient in SAS programming
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Statistics or related quantitative field
- Project and/or direct management experience
- 2 years financial services experience
