Senior Risk Analyst (Minneapolis, MN)

Job Description:
- Responsible for helping manage the performance and credit quality of retail products. EX: Credit Cards, Scored Small Business Lending, Unsecured lines, automobile financing
- Independently organizes analyses that compares account performance against targeted objectives.
- Accountable for designing, collecting, and summarizing data in addition to providing recommendations to management
- In charge of developing presentations for management
- Effective communication skills a must
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field, advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years prior experience in consumer credit risk
- Experience with Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Proficient programming skills with SQL, SAS, SPSS
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Proven leadership skills
