Accentures Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. Job Description
Accenture seeks an experienced data consultant to help support the Customer and Partner Data activities of a high tech firm. The position requires extensive experience in marketing and customer data management operations: data governance, analysis, cleansing, and enrichment. Passionate about data, the candidate will have a good understanding of the use of data in marketing activities. In addition, the individual should possess technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Customer Data Warehouse platforms, Customer Operations Database platforms, Customer Data Integration (CDI), and ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) tools.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
The candidate will lead customer database projects and data management operations (cleansing, analysis, enrichment, and modeling) within client environments.
The individual will act as the primary liaison between business and technical client leads.
She or he will run and maintain data models, present data analysis, define and manage execution on data cleansing or data integration solutions between CRM platforms and provide input to data management best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas:
Project management experience, including stakeholder management, vendor management, work planning, resource and budget management, SLA/KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
Project experience with medium to large customer database management implementations.
Experience in the use of customer databases for direct marketing, data mining, campaign management, and customer interaction through Web, IVR, and call centers.
Technical and functional expertise in one or more areas of Customer Data Integration, including data cleansing, merge/purge, standardization, transformation, matching and parenting/householding processes.
Data analysis or modeling proven records; deep SQL and Office Suite (word, excel powerpoint, visio, access) skills are a must.
Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills:
Any experience or exposure to Siebel Analytic, Epiphany or data mining tools (SAS, KXEN, SPSS
)
Project planning & estimating
Experience working with a global team
Experience working in an outsourcing model and vendor management
Good understanding of MS data and their systems
B2B Marketing experience
