JOB SUMMARY:
Perform data analytics for Customer Care team. Use reporting tools and spreadsheets to mine data and show trending analysis. Excellent understanding of Innovatix business required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Customer Care Account Managers by providing ad hoc data from Cognos Report Writer
- Manipulate data into report formats, using Excel functions
- Prepare Cognos cubes and reports, depending on requests from account management team
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reports for members, including narrative sections
- Run and analyze member audit reports on behalf of Account Managers
REQUIREMENTS:
-BS/BA Degree
-Experience in the health care field preferred
-Exceptional problem solving skills
-Confident relationship builder
-Strong verbal, written & analytical skills
-Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of data mining report writing tools
