Online Media Analytics Supervisor (New York, NY)
T3, one of the fastest growing independent agencies in the country, is looking for an online media analytics supervisor to play a role in our New York City office.
With clients including Chase, Dell, JCPenney, Marriott, MTV and Universal Studios, we are producing award-winning campaigns, experiential Web sites and other innovative work across the online spectrum.
The Online Media Analytics Supervisor will work integrally across all teams within the agency to support data analysis for the advancement of client business. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reports and delivering these reports to both clients and the internal teams. Working closely with the research and analytics team, the supervisor will deliver models and tools to allow for insightful media and marketing analysis, customer analysis and business forecasting. The supervisor will develop and maintain automated reports for clients based upon priorities, while keeping the account teams updated on deliverables proactively.
The Supervisor will be the primary analysis contact for the client and will be responsible for creating recommendations that guide the media and creative strategy. He/she is responsible for coordination between the research and analytics team, the media team and account service to ensure analytical projects are effectively delivered on time. To be successful, this individual must be highly analytical, have a proven track record in data-rich analyses, and be a team player, responsive and business savvy.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Participation in online media and account meetings to receive direction on areas of focus by client
• Works closely with the Online Media Team by providing analysis for direct marketing, ROI and Brand Awareness campaigns
• Provide leadership and guidance through analysis of all online media activities
• Data Modeling, off-line analysis, live testing, simulation and statistical modeling
• Develop in-depth understanding of key performance drivers for optimization initiatives by utilizing statistics and data mining techniques
• Develop keen understanding of model performance drivers
• Contribute to design of experiments and test models
• Responsible for results interpretation and suggested actions to improve performance
• Facilitate meetings, communicate complex ideas and create actionable plans through team collaboration
• Coordination of client data handoff for analysis and integration into reporting
• Presentation of key findings and recommended additional views of data based upon data analysis and business objectives
Experience:
• 5-7 years online media and marketing analysis experience
• Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
• Statistical skills are a plus
• Travel industry experience is a plus
