High profile company in Scottsdale is looking for a Manager of Sales Analytics.
Overview:
Sales Analytics manages and directs the utilization of resources necessary to achieve successful results for the Sales and Marketing Organizations.
Works with Finance and Sales Operations on Incentive Compensation deliverables and data necessary for plan execution
Provides trend, sales force sizing, ROI, Marketing program, and all other pertinent analyses for the data products
Manages the CMT system (M.A.T.T.) and eventual rollout of the SFA system in conjunction with the ERP system
Responsible for managing territory alignment changes and the impacts on field sales
Communicate monthly national, regional, and territory updates on product and account performance
Responsible for working with the Sales Operations Manager on all regional and territory business plans, data deliverables and adhoc management
Responsible for the development of data analysis skills throughout the Business Intelligence Aesthetics division including, analysts, internal marketing customers and Aesthetics field sales organization, including training in Basic 2, 3 and Advanced training classes
Responsible for monitoring and enhancing on an ongoing basis the Senior Management reporting dashboards
Responsible for managing the Marketing Organizations expectations on measuring and reporting on the executed brand tactics from the annually updated marketing plans
Responsible for managing internal Meetings and Conventions and Professional Relations customers through the coordination of all Aesthetics VIP customers with the Dermatology VIP customers and program events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics
Experience (5-7 years minimum) managing sales operations, sales analysis, or market research, in the pharmaceutical industry required
Proven proficiency with MS Excel is required; knowledge of SAS, MS Access, SQL, and MS Power Point
Project Management experience a plus
Pharmaceutical industry experience and Vendor Management required
Non-Technical Competencies:
Ability to interact with all levels of management including Senior Management in Sales, Marketing, Region Managers, and Professional Relations
Demonstrated computer literacy
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to present to large audiences
Strong analytical, business planning, and budgetary skills
