Job Description: F2F interview may be required.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in statistics and forecasting techniques.
Minimum (3) years of experience in programming in SAS.
Strong interpersonal/interface skills across functional groups.
Strong proficiency in SAS & SQL. Extensive knowledge of SAS.
Must have experience building forecasting model using SAS. This effort includes making connections to various data sources to obtain data, generating codes to process the data through the model, writing programs to push the forecasting results into a SQL database.
Candidate must have strong skills in the following areas: data analysis, pattern recognition, seasonality identification and SAS programming
The forecaster is responsible for build an end to end forecast model. The completed product will include data extraction, data manipulation and data storage.
Forecaster is responsible for the engagement of senior management during each phase and iteration throughout the entire model lifecycle and ensures industry standard best practices are implemented and followed.
