Project Statistician (South East, UK)

Job Summary:
Working for a world leading pharmaceutical client, this new position is
needed in the expanding UK Biostatistics group as it grows to support the
increase in the number of planned regulatory submissions in EU and US.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide statistical support and advice to
study teams as a Project Statistician for Phase II - III studies within a
Project Team.

Responsibilities will include design of clinical trials, review of protocols
and data collection instruments, planning and performing statistical
analyses, interpreting and presenting statistical results, and preparing
documents for submissions to regulatory authorities.

Essential Skills & Capabilities:
You will have good communication and presentation skills, and must work
effectively in a team environment. The ability to communicate with
non-statisticians to interpret statistical findings is necessary. The
candidate must have experience of SAS and a good knowledge of the
requirements for submissions to regulatory authorities.
With at least a MSc in Biostatistics or equivalent with at least 4 years
experience as a Statistician in the pharmaceutical industry.
