SAS Programmer (Scandinavia)
The role will be based across the International Clinical Research
division, providing SAS programming support for data management,
biostatistics (no stats required) and drug safety depts as part of a
company initiative to improve processes in these areas.
The candidate will consult with SAS developers in each of the
departments mentioned above, but will be the sole SAS resource within
the project team and as such will be required to work alone to finalise
the SAS elements of various projects within the central initiative. They
will report to a team leader within this initiative.
The candidate should have extensive experience (minimum 4 years) in a
Windows environment of Base SAS, SAS/Macro, SAS/Access (PROC SQL
knowledge in an ORACLE environment) and SAS/Graph in a TFL production
environment. Knowledge of using SAS to develop online applications,
particularly web application development including HTML, Javascript and
general web page design would be an advantage, but SAS/Intranet
knowledge is not required.
