Marketing Analyst (Atlanta, GA)

The Marketing Analyst will have business interest/experience/expertise and the ability to grasp study issues from client/industry perspective. This position, located in our Atlanta office, requires the Marketing Analyst to have a strong desire to gain insight into client issues through the use of structured analytical approach.

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leading the team in creative analytical approaches, linking business issues and available data and providing a feasible analytical approach. The Marketing Analyst will rely heavily on their SAS and MS SQL experience as well as their experience in quantitative methods, statistical background, and forecasting methods. Experience using a broad range of data platforms/formats/manipulation/processing techniques is highly desirable. Strong SAS skills (at least 5 years) is a must. The candidate must be familiar with a broad range of data platforms/formats/manipulations/processing techniques and possess the ability to structure findings and summarize implications into reports. The Marketing Analyst will present/discuss findings/implications with client.

Required Background

• 10+ years of marketing industry data manipulation and analytic training/experience
  
• Direct marketing and telecommunications industry experience a plus
  
• SAS
  
• MS SQL Server
  
• Management consulting background or working knowledge of the consulting process a plus
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• And the ability to ‘do whatever it takes to satisfy’ is a must.
