Program Manager -- User Interface Analytics: Help design the
search experience of the future through quantitative research! Tackle

decisions about what experiences to build. Strong communication skills
and ability to analyze and present study results is a must.
This person will help define and craft the experimental design and

through split testing. A strong background in research methods and
statistics is essential, from computer science, cognitive science, or
related field.
You will also serve as a mentor to others on the team for performing
statistical analysis. This position also has the opportunity to work
