Senior CRM Data Analyst (Chicago, IL)Membership and Marketing Strategy Position Dimensions: BS/BA in computer science, statistics, applied math or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in CRM, database marketing or related experience, including performing data analysis, interpretation and solution formulation and recommendation. Excellent business/system analysis, root-cause problem solving, process mapping and data modeling skills. Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Objects or related software reporting package; familiarity with Unica a plus. Experience in both utilizing and managing large databases. Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects. Detail oriented and very sensitive to deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to express analytic results and technical concepts effectively to ensure they inform strategic decision making.
