Director of Database Marketing Analytics (Denver, CO)
Denver based database marketing practice provides direction and manages the work processes and output of a team of database marketing analysts and statisticians. Develops and/or communicates strategy to implement the objectives of the organization and guides others in linking their activities to the objectives. Evaluates client needs for quantitative analysis. Takes lead role in creating and articulating relevant solutions for clients and in developing methods or processes for implementation.
Lead team in addressing and analyzing direct marketing programs using the following tools and techniques:
- Predictive statistical models
- Customer profiling
- Segmentation Analysis
- Survey Design and Analysis
- Data Analysis and Mining
- External Data Enhancement
- Break-Even Analysis
Determines quantitative methods for solving client issues
Proposes quantitative solutions to future and existing clients
Establishes pricing for new initiatives
Presents ideas and findings to future and existing clients
Proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups
Evaluation and improvement of internal tools and processes
Supports Business Development opportunities
Skills/Requirements:
Education:
Graduate degree in Statistics or related field required
Job Experience:
7 or more years experience in quantitative arena, including at least 2 supervisory in the direct marketing area.
Computing Experience:
SAS is required. SQL is desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and oral presentation skills; experienced team player
Additional Skills:
Strong problem solving; takes initiative
