Major Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CRM’s Circulation & Analysis team.
- This team is responsible for the on-time, error free delivery of data files and campaign reporting for all direct to customer marketing programs (email & direct mail) for all of our businesses.
- This team works with business partners to execute direct marketing campaigns and read results, evaluating and testing performance to make recommendations for future programs.
- This position is also primarily responsible for the quality and maintenance of customer data as it is used for outbound marketing
- Responsible for the on time delivery of all email and direct mail files and circulation analytics
- Implement changes to processes, strategies and organization to ensure continued high quality campaign execution while scaling to meet new demands and priorities.
- Manage team workload, setting appropriate expectations on delivery and pushing back as appropriate
- Drive implementation of key initiatives and support allocation of resources to drive new key programs
- Identify potential problems and proactively communicate to management and business partners
- Review and support of team in drafting of segmentation briefs, post campaign results reporting, hindsights and other campaign related processes.

- Owner of regular meetings to communicate key priorities and issues to business partners
- Experience managing and developing people, including setting goals and priorities, identifying and addressing development areas, and writing and administering reviews.
- Understanding of CRM tools and data structures is critical to success in this position.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to identify creative solutions to a variety of technical programs.
- Presentation Skills
- Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings (one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and bosses); is effective both inside and outside of the organization; commands attention and can manage group process; able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Skilled in presenting complex technical issues and concepts both verbally and written.
- Priority Setting
- Spends time & the time of others on what’s important; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus; anticipates and proactively communicates changing timelines.
- Marketing Experience
- Experience in CRM principles such as segmentation, customer loyalty programs, email and direct mail campaigns and data mining including predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing both managers and individual contributors
- Highly detail oriented
- Customer relationship management or data base management experience highly desired
- Strong analytical & technical skills
- 5+ years relevant experience
- MBA desired, but not required
- Circulation experience desired, but not required.
- Familiarity with direct marketing circulation, merge-purge, customer data and hygiene, NCOA, data appends and use of models is desired but not required.
