CRM Analytics Manager (Plymouth, MN)
Select Comfort, Creator of the Sleep Number® Bed and the #1 ranked bedding retailer in the US for each of the past 5 years running (Furniture Today - 2000-2005), is seeking a CRM Analytics Manager for our Finance team in our Plymouth, MN corporate head quarters.
Responsibilities:
Perform data mining and statistical analysis/modeling to identify the key touch factors that influence and/or predict customer behavior, understand purchase patterns, contact history, contact preferences and life time value.
Perform pre and post consumer segmentation campaign analysis to understand expected and actual profitability of direct marketing campaigns.
Manage direct marketing test plan for consumer segmentation which includes offer testing, creative/format testing, multi-channel testing, and prospect list testing.
Work with internal business partners to understand and support their needs, perform database analysis to help understand/predict customer behavior, market basket, demographics and geography.
Manage list selections from customer database to assist campaigns and consumer research.
Work with IT to implement a “True Customer View”.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or marketing is required. Master’s degree is preferable.
7+ years of applied data-mining or data marketing experience. Expertise in multivariate statistical analysis including regression, regression tree, and cluster analysis
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, SAS Macros and other programming tools
Ability to clearly communicate with and present to a wide variety of audiences, specifically senior management.
