Data Warehouse ETL / Informatica Developer (New York, NY)

• Develop and make modifications to Enterprise Data Warehouse Informatica ETL.
• Work closely with data analysts and database developers to develop and modify the Informatica workflows and mappings as needed.
• Provide ETL production support and admin support as needed.
  

• Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in Informatica Power Center 7.x development.
• Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000
• Sound Knowledge of data warehousing concepts * basically a good understanding of dimensional modeling concepts.
• Good T-SQL/PL-SQL skills.
• Ablilty to actively use partitioning, partition types, and tunable transformations (i.e. Lookups, Aggregators, Sorters, Routers, Maplets, etc.)
• Ability to individually! drive a project, estimate timelines, perform detail analysis on root cause of issues, and work to meet project commitments as part of a matrixed DW team member.
• Exposure to Informatica Power Analyzer is preferable (not required).
• Financial industry background with some mortgage experiences a big plus.
