Vice President, Market Research
Duties of the Vice President will include the following:
Effectively work with Ipsos Loyalty, Ipsos Public Affairs and Ipsos Insight teams to manage the Loyalty component of one large multi-million dollar client.
Once lead client account is established, share responsibility for developing additional Ipsos Loyalty business within the Northwest geography.
With relative independence lead external meetings with clients to determine needs, priorities and requirements and develop ongoing project flow for the Loyalty team.
Help structure, train and mentor the Ipsos Loyalty customer research team.
Mentor junior colleagues effectively while focusing on their development.
Manage ongoing client demands throughout project lifecycle and on a day-to-day basis including questionnaire development, sample management, analysis and reporting.
Determine potential problems and create actionable items to address each issue.
Develop potential new ways to present outputs and structure quantitative analyses to generate superior insights.
Work with internal IT resources to develop customized client applications.
Qualifications/Related Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience
Ideal candidate will have worked in the area of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and/or customer relationship research
Experience working with technology/IT clients
Client-side experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
Must be proficient in both Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access (SAS & SPSS experience a plus)
Knowledge of Visual Basic (or VBA) is a plus
Analytical excellence in interpretation of results to determine value-added insights to client business issues
Ability to lead a team of individuals throughout a program
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus)
