The primary role of the System Support Specialist will be to provide both local and global support to all users of the S-Plus Toolkit and associated GSK systems

This will involve interaction with external vendors, IT support and development teams as well as medical statisticians and programmer analysts from the user community.

The System Support Specialist will also be responsible for liaising with users to determine how the systems can be improved to increase efficiency and productivity as well as keeping up with technological advances. They will then be responsible for working in partnership with the appropriate development group to implement the required changes.
