Market Data Manager (Milwaukee, WI)

The Market Data Manager will play a lead role supporting Crabel’s research group, providing the development of our data library and serving as the data guru for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, organize, locate, and create datasets
• Ensure completeness of pricing databases
• Manage real-time data entitlements and reconcile data billing
• Assist researchers in creating or transforming data
• Perform research and data analysis toward the development of strategies
  

• Academic excellence, MS or PhD desired
• Demonstrated track record of superior achievement
• Must be comfortable with financial data and its use in the investment research and analysis process
• Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience working with large data sets
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with an ability to assimilate and clearly explain volumes of data
• Programming skills
• Working knowledge of SQL (databases)
