Technology Data Mining Analyst (The Woodlands, TX )

Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast pace environment
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes
- Ability to work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules
- Document all ETL related work per company's methodology
- Proficient in developing test plans based on modeling process
- A solid foundation in business intelligence methodology
- All other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
- Statistics and Economics degrees a plus
- Experience 3 or more years Data Mining or Business Intelligence experience
- Banking experience is a plus
- ETL, SPSS, and SQL Server 2005 experience is a plus
- SQL knowledge is required
- Ability to write stored procedure and performance tuning and support for ETL extraction and report generation is a plus
- Understanding of OLAP cubes is a plus
