Senior Market Research Analyst - Experian (Irvine, CA)
Description
The Senior Research Analyst will identify, leverage and evaluate consumer insights in order to ultimately increase web site conversion. Specifically, the Research Analyst will use their strong statistical background to field and analyze market research data in a variety of ways including: frequencies, cross-tabulation, multivariate regression, K-Means/Latent Class clustering, conjoint analysis, and potentially CHAID or other forms of data mining.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, analyze and deliver on primary market research projects
- Drive usability program (via Usability Labs or other quantitative heuristic forms)
- Create a corporate 'repository' of Consumer Insights and Usability Best Practices
- Consult on preferred methods, or Consumer Insights Best Practices
- Assist with project management of PR Opportunities
- Identify and vet new opportunities through research and involvement within the industry
- Analyze and evaluate performance of sponsorship campaigns and NASCAR track events

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in statistics or applied social science research methods (including multivariate regression, conjoint, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (Master's Degree with a statistic-relevant concentration preferred)
- Strong background in SPSS, SAS, or other statistical package is essential (including queries, programming, and data integration)
- Ability to generate and analyze banner and sub reports
- Excellent analytical and organization skills required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to simplify/articulate complex issues
