JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects within the company.
- Will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer expectations.
- Will plan and implement cross-functional projects and support those day-to-day activities for all applicable business areas within the organization.
- Manage multiple priorities that are required to aid in the corporate strategy for the company.
- The Project Manager will perform as a driving force behind project activities, including, but not limited to:
- Project scope definition and planning
- Project budgeting, time estimating, and scheduling
- Project staff planning and resource leveling
- Organizing and leading high performance cross-functional project teams
- Managing the work efforts and activities of exempt employees and contractors assigned to projects
- Monitor project progress and report status
- Project issue and change management
- Risk Management and contingency planning
- Project communication planning and management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- A Bachelors degree and 5-7 years experience in Project Management.
- Three (3) years work experience in legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies, system design and implementation.
- Three (3) years work experience in issue/study definition, project and methodology design, data analysis and interpretation.
- Three (3) years work experience in one or more business processes; industry awareness; experience in a position facing complex operations, financial, service, provider, customer, legal or government relations.
- Must be goal oriented and action-focused.
- Must have exemplary leadership and communication skills.
- Certification in Project Management preferred Knowledge of health care industry preferred.
