SAS Programmer (Wilmington, DE)

General Description: The List Management Programmer utilizes analytical skills to translate business requirements and develop SAS programs that support bank initiatives including monthly check campaigns and spend programs. The candidate will be working in a team oriented, fast paced and innovative environment where people are empowered to drive closure on assigned projects. Essential Functions:? General understanding of list processing, including SAS and SQL programming, auditing, test and control segmentation, and offer tracking. ? Ability to turn business requirements into system design documents, SAS programs and SQL queries.? Ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage project prioritization, timelines and profit maximization.? Ability to manage projects inside existing production processes.? Ownership of the development and optimization of offer management system

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies: Minimum 3 years List Processing experience. Strong Analytical skills. Strong communications skills. 1 to 2 years of SAS and SQL required. Bachelors degree in an analytical discipline required. Knowledge of UNIX and Oracle preferred. Working knowledge of credit card processing environments. Education and Visa Requirements: College graduate with Bachelors in Computer Science or related field, or Associates Degree with equivalent experience.
