Sr. Risk Analyst, Collections Strategies - JPMorgan Chase (Columbus, OH)

As a Sr. Financial Risk Analyst with the Deposit Risk Management group you will work on a team responsible for the evaluation and mitigation of operational and credit risks associated with the deposit products portfolio. The Analyst in this position will work with the collections area to optimize the account treatment strategies on overdrawn accounts. Expectations for this individual include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the collections management staff to understand all risk issues and trends in the collections space
  • Ongoing analysis of collections strategies resulting in clear, concise communication of performance
  • Assist with the implementation and effective use of adaptive control techniques
  • Be responsible for 'continuous improvement' in collections strategies and performance

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • College degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience with TRIAD
  • Experience with extracting large amounts of data from a centralized repository
  • 3-5 years experience in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SAS a plus
