Investment Optimization Financial Analyst (New York, NY)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include modeling, tracking, evaluating, and prioritizing a global portfolio of investments (worth over $80M annually) to ensure profitability in investment decisions. The analyst will work closely with finance counterparts around the world for monthly analysis and quarterly forecasts; will contribute to monthly updates on risks, opportunities and trends to the finance VP, LFO and President; will work closely across many teams including Business Analysis, Risk, Reengineering, and Technology. In addition, this position will support the annual SQP process and consult on future investment ideas.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess 1-3 years of solid financial analysis and accounting experience, as well as experience in financial modeling and the use of investment valuation metrics (DCF/NPV, IRR, ROE, RORC, etc). The candidate must be able to extrapolate meaning from a high volume of data, and communicate recommended actions.
