Job Description: Analytics Planner. The MDAS Customer Intelligence Team Analytics Planner will assist in the planning effort for Microsoft’s Web Analytics service. The Analytics Planner will work with the Customer Intelligence planning team to help drive customer and industry research, manage customer communications and drive execution of Go to Market initiatives.
Core responsibilities: - Creation of research material
- Analysis and reporting of collected research
- Customer outreach e-mails and phone calls
- Interviewing customers
- Program status communication
- Help manage Go-to-Market efforts as part of a marketing x-team.
Qualifications: - An ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in a technology business planning role and strong understanding of latest marketing and digital advertising trends.
- Experience and enthusiasm for Web analytics technologies is a huge plus.
- The candidate should also have strong organizational and personal skills as this role will work across several different teams and have direct contact with external customers.
