Optimization Consultant - IBM (Dallas, TX)
Job Details: PLEASE PROVIDE CURRENT SALARY/BONUS AND EXPECTATIONS WHEN APPLYING. Candidates can live in any National Location and travel 75%+. Support delivery of IT Optimization Consulting services. Help clients realize value from their IT investment through optimization of their IT infrastructure including processes, organization, and technology deployment on an enterprise wide basis. Provide solutions for effective end-to-end optimization including host, distributed, and network centric environments. Devise plans to integrate IS support after mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring. Financial modeling experience is desired. Good verbal and written communications and the use of IGS global methods. Significant travel is required. The following skills are preferred for this position: IT Optimization Experience; Design/engineer/consolidate/optimize infrastructures; Analyze Business and IT Requirements; Analyze financial alternatives; Create business cases; Analyze IT processes and organization; Create IT Strategy; Create Project Implementation Plans; Client Relationship; Facilitate group workshops; Communication skills; and Analytical skills.
