Strategy Director

The position of Strategy Director is one of our agencies most desired, unique and rewarding positions. It's a position where you are inspired to create and innovative and have direct impact on producing great direct marketing solutions and results for our client partners.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly into the Office of Strategy and Analytics, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to one or more of our agency's full-service account management teams.
  • Primary resource for the achievement of our clients' annual performance outcomes and revenue objectives,
  • Formulate annual strategic planning documents which influence all client direct marketing activities,
  • Develop annual marketing plans, proformas and performance budgets,
  • Drive campaign strategy and work with creative director to stimulate creative direction,
  • Architect campaign-specific and testing framework and tactics,
  • Provide "Feedback" analysis on vital program and campaign performance results,
  • Audience to offer arbitration and segmentation,
  • Plus, much more.
