Statistical Analyst/SAS Programmer, San Francisco, CA

The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning data & generating descriptive statistics; manipulating SAS datasets; creating algorithms for derived variables; developing analytic files; providing input on statistical analysis plans, and, creating statistical output from ad hoc and planned requests under the direction of statisticians.

The qualified candidate will have at least a Bachelor Degree along with at least 2 years of full-time SAS programming experience. MS in Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field, preferred. Proficiency in use of SAS Data step programming and procedures and previous research experience required. Must have strong communication skills and have the ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and independently. Also, must be flexible and a team player.
