Loyalty Lab combines the discipline and functionality of an on-demand software company with the insights and expertise of a marketing strategy firm.
We began as a Software-as-a-Service company and still offer all of our capabilities as web-based applications. We've grown to include services based on the insights gained through advising dozens of clients on best customer management strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing and executing approaches to answer common and uncommon questions about customer behavior and marketing performance. This person will have numerous opportunities to contribute to the success of our clients and to the company as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Generate analytical insights and transform into client reports
- Support Sales and Client Services teams in developing and implementing ROI Models for clients and prospects
- Manage reporting and analytic deliverables to clients
- Analyze consumer data via SPSS or SAS and Excel and convert to actionable insights
- Generate reports with direction from Client Services team as needed
Qualifications - B.S. requiring quantitative analysis methodologies (e.g. economics, statistics, mathematics, political science, psychology)

- M.S. a strong plus but not required
- 2-3 years analytical or research experience required
- Strong working knowledge of SPSS or SAS
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Comfortable analyzing and presenting transactional and survey data in logical, clear and concise manner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with market research
- SQL knowledge a strong plus
- Retail experience a plus
- Access knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
