Individuals must have at least a Masters or Ph.D. in economics, statistics, or a related discipline. Applicants must have extensive experience in econometric modeling and report writing, and strong communication capabilities. Experience in research and evaluation in the energy utility field, and project management experience. is desirable. Position is full time and salaried, and located in the Sacramento, CA office.
