Marketing Analyst (London, UK)

Lateral Group is looking for a vibrant, intelligent and insightful person to work within our analysis team. Based in London’s Barbican and working within a unique team of marketing professionals you will be using industry leading technology and practices to drive insight across key clients within retail, telecommunications and finance sectors.
The main responsibilities will include: - The preparation of analysis and business reports for clients. This will include retail sales analysis, web tracking and campaign analysis using Alterian AMS, Webtrends and SAS/SPSS.
- Working with other consultancy team members in the design and delivery multi-channel marketing solutions.
- Liasing closely with the Account Management and Sales teams to evaluate and plan marketing activity.
- The creation of proposals and delivery of pitches for extensions to existing business.
Required Skills/Experience:- Analytical based degree including Mathematics, Statistics, OR or Applied Sciences
- Excellent communications and analysis skills
- An ability to translate statistical fact into marketing understanding
- Experience with SAS, SPSS, Excel or similar
Desirable Skills/Experience:- Experience with Alterian or other reporting/CRM software
- Post-graduate statistical or marketing qualifications
- Experience within a marketing environment
- Programming experience
