Credit Risk Manager (North Richland Hills, TX)

We are currently searching for a Credit Risk Manager to add to our dynamic Risk Management team. Reporting to the SVP, Risk Management, you’ll be responsible for staffing and supervising a team of Risk Analysts as well as developing advanced analytical solutions for the company's porfolio.

Your focus will be in the areas of statistical modeling to measure and forecast default risk to auto origination and servicing, quantitative analysis of segmented data to identify risk exposure and potential business of specific transactions, and quantifying the financial impact of model implementation and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in quantitative disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience, 5-8 years experience in pricing, credit risk or financial analysis and previous staff management experience. Strong interpersonal skills in decision-making, and consensus building. The ability to work with complex databases, strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities and strong programming skills (SAS, SPSS, SQL). Solid knowledge of Decision Engines for, Pricing, Credit Scoring and/or Adaptive Control.
