Analytic Principle (Boston, MA)

This position will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business and development of the analytic platform. The position requires extensive experience with direct marketing programs, advanced training in statistics, in-depth knowledge of leading statistical modeling methods, and strong client management skills. The position includes statistical model development, data management, project management, and client management. This individual will work with leading technologies and collaborate with a highly talented analytic team. In addition, this individual will collaborate closely with advanced software developers to integrate analytic innovations into the Fortelligent Analytic Platform.

Required Background

Deep understanding of direct marketing and related predictive modeling methodologies applied to targeted marketing programs. Strong ability to build client relationships, including strong communication skills and client interactions. Strong knowledge of database systems and experience working with large data sets. Strong SAS programming skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage to deadlines. M.S. or Ph.D. in statistics, math or related areas. Multi-tasking capability, strong/creative problem solving, attention to quality and accuracy essential. Superior people skills, and the ability to ‘do whatever it takes to satisfy’ a must.
