Director, Statistical Services (PA)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to - Direct the company's Statistical Services function
- Lead departmental interactions and staff management.
- Align with the Sales and Account Management practice leader to support custom studies including market analysis, targeting/segmentation, optimal deployment of field resources, sales force size and structure, performance management applications and compensation plan design.
- Drive project opportunities and outcomes.
- Consult with internal and external clients on project design and feasibility; contributing to the methodology and technology sections of project proposals.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate should possess - strong statistical & analytical skills,
- proven consulting abilities,
- strong project management skills,
- experience managing staff, and
- the ability to meet critical deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and manage the work of others is a must.
Education/Business Requirements:
This position requires a Ph.D. with 10+ years of experience or a Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Information Technology with 15+ years experience in research projects, survey methodology applications and project management.
