Location: Seattle, WA - 1301 2nd Ave - 98101
Duration : 8 weeks
Only W2 ; No Corp-2-Corp or 1099
Two openings for data analysts w/ programming skills for the Enterprise Credit group; will perform data model validation for the programmer/analysts; ideal candidates will have math/quantitative background in the finance industry (credit risk). - Minimum of 3 years of relevant SAS/database experience.
- SAS programming skills are required (e.g. macro and database connectivity)
- Experience with SQL, preferably Oracle on Unix or PC Platforms or SQL Server is desired
- Working knowledge of the SAS 9 environment (either SAS metdata Server, Management Console, SAS Stored Processes, SAS Connectivity to clients and databases)
- Sound business judgment and decision making ability.
- Experience in developing strategies for data management and data quality and practical experience in data management.
- Significant experience in analyzing user requirements.
- Sound knowledge of logical and physical data modeling as well as data warehouse architecture, including best practices in a large corporate setting.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business packages.
- Programming experience in one or more of C, C++, Java or Visual Basic is desired
